Shipping & Returns


A pre-order is an order placed for an item that hasn't been released yet. That enables us to know exactly what to produce without producing unnecessary waste. In our online store you can see if the product you want is in stock or if you can pre-order it. You will be notified via Instagram and the online store when the pre-order period is open, so that you can place your order within this time frame. We need four to six weeks for production and shipping. However, if by any chance we have some products in stock, your product may arrive within a few days after you have placed your order.


Since we are a small slow fashion brand and we care about our environmental footprint, we only have a small number of products in stock and currently do not offer all sizes in the same quantity. To find the right size for you, you can find a size chart under the product information.


We ship worldwide. Unfortunately, due to our website provider, it is not possible for us to ship to the UK. 


Shipping within Switzerland is free of charge for orders above CHF 45 and takes place within 4 - 5 working days. 

For all other countries, shipping costs CHF 17 and takes approx. 5 - 10 working days within Europe and approx. 10 - 18 days outside Europe.


As soon as your package has been packed and shipped by us, you will receive a confirmation per email.


Your order will be made personally for you, with lots of love and attention. Therefore, we would like to ask you not to order several sizes, but to find the right one for you by looking at the size chart of the particular product you would like to order. If you are uncertain about the size, you can send a request by email to We will help you as soon as possible.


If you are not satisfied with the product or the size does not fit, you can return the product to us within 14 days from the date of arrival. The costs for the return are to be borne by you. After the deadline, a return is no longer possible. 


Please follow the steps below for a proper return: 


1. Your return must be registered with us by e-mail to including your order number and the reason for return. We will provide you with the return address information. 


2. All garments must be returned unworn, in 100% resalable condition and in the original packaging. The original labels must be attached to the product. If we receive returns that do not comply, we will return them to you and we will not be able to issue a refund. The shipping cost of the returned package is your responsibility.


3. Once we received your return and inspected it, we will refund your money through your credit card (or original method of payment). The period for receiving your money back varies depending on your card issuer's policies. 


Please note that we can only issue refunds if all of the above steps are followed. 


If the order is placed outside of Switzerland and the return involves customs charges, these are your responsibility and will be subtracted directly from the refund. Please inform yourself about how to declare the goods before sending your return to avoid additional costs.
