How do I choose the right size?

From which countries can I order?

We ship worldwide. Unfortunately, due to our website provider, it is not possible for us to ship to the UK.

How can I pay?

You can pay using a credit card or via invoice (Klarna).

I didn’t receive an order confirmation, what should I do?

After completing your order in our online shop, you will receive an automatically generated confirmation email. Remember to check your spam folder in case you don’t see it in your main mailbox. If you cannot find an email from us there, write us to info@atelier-blyss.com to ensure that your order can be processed successfully.

How should I care for the products?

To help protect the environment as well as ensuring the longest life possible for the products, we recommend washing them at 30°C and dry-line them. Wash and iron inside out and do not bleach. In addition, please refer to the care instructions on the garment.
