Peach toast recipe

Step 1

Slice the bread in the middle and toast it.

Step 2

Wash the peaches and cut them in thin slices. Chop the mint leaves and a few pistachios.

Step 3

Once the bread is toasted, spread with burrata, add the chopped mint leaves and the chopped pistachios. Layer the peaches slices and decorate with few mint leaves.
