Healthy banana bread
Banana bread is the type of cake that keeps on giving. Delicious, filling, and moist... mmmh! We've mastered a recipe that makes an amazing banana bread while being a bit healthier than the traditional method!
Ingredients

75 grams extra virgin olive oil

100 grams maple syrup

2-3 eggs

2 large bananas (the riper the sweeter)

56 grams milk of choice or water

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon salt
-
1/2 teaspoon ground cinammon

220 grams flour of your choice

Optional: chocolate chips, walnuts, pecans, extra banana for decoration ....
Recipe

Preheat oven at 165 degree Celsius and grease a loaf pan

Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl

Pour the batter in your loaf pan and sprinkle some extra cinnamon on top

Optional: add your chocolate chips, nuts, banana etc on top of the batter

Bake for 55 to 60 minutes, let it cool and voilà ! It's ready to enjoy 😊
